The course focused on the core principles that define Menspire’s cutting methodology: structure, balance and precision. Through a mix of demonstration and hands-on work, Archie explored advanced techniques in sectioning, scissor work, fading, texturising and styling, all designed to build strong, masculine shapes that work for every hair type and age.

Training like this is about more than just learning new skills. It’s about keeping standards high, refining what we already know and making sure we bring something fresh back to the shop floor.

The haircut you see here was done by Archie during the practical session, and we could not be prouder of the result.
