So that’s it for another festive season…….my feet hurt, my back is in pieces, and I am knackered, but I want to thank all my lovely customers for your support over the last year. Thank you for all the cards, presents and Christmas tips. I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and Happy new year.

I would just like to add to yesterdays post, and again I don’t want to always be posting negative posts, but I feel I need to mention it.

If you find yourself unwell before your appointment, please don’t worry about cancelling, there will be no charge even if it’s less than 24hrs before.
Selfishly or not I would rather you not pass on whatever it is, you may have. I would like to keep my family safe and celebrate the festive period too.
I understand this would mean you not having your hair done before Christmas, but please give a thought for myself, my family and other customers, that if I go down, they could all suffer too.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support of my little business.

So to all my lovely customers old and new, following on from last weeks post of remaining appointments before Christmas……they have now all gone. My books are now closed for appointments for Christmas.

Can I please remind clients that I am one person and there are only so many hours in a day, my day is back to back, so I can not swap appointments about now. As there is nowhere for me to swap too. Also I am sorry to say, if you don’t turn up on time, it may result in me not being able to do your hair, and 50% of the appointment will still be due. I hate this part of my job, but unless cancelled within 24hrs of your appointment, I can’t fill this gap.

So I have started using an online booking system. At the moment I am not online for bookings (still working on it…..bit of a dinosaur lol) but putting all my already booked appointments and the details of clients into the system. If you receive a text to with an appointment reminder then happy days. We have won the battle lol just a heads up you may get a text 😂😂😂
