It's been ONE YEAR, since we started our FERMENTATION CLUB , covering lots of amazing subjects around fermentation like Sourdough bread, Koji, Lacto fermented Veg and Wild sodas. To celebrate Summer and our 1st year we decided to invite a Kombucha expert, James from .wildbrew in Bristol!
Come and join us for a great community gathering evening and a deep dive into Kombucha!

What a month of May we had!!
- Returning from a quick trip to the Vendée 🇨🇵
- Celebrating Al's big birthday 🎁
- Standing in the heat at Cowbridge Food Festival😰
- Prepping for the big move to Brynna!🚚
But we made it! Welcoming JUNE, some light, space and new adventures! ☀️🌺
We are back into water kefir production from Brynna Mill this week, and to our regular markets and workshops!!🥂
