Another great cause that I look forward to working with again in the future is the Touch Trust- a charity devoted to working at integrating the disabled and non-disabled communities, offering creative movement programmes to vulnerable groups.

An interesting read. Massage has many benefits, from the positive effects on physical well being to uplifting mood and mental health. A pandemic that requires no-touching has had a knock on effect for masseuses everywhere, including myself, but remaining positive for the future.

Throwback to a few years ago when the local South Wales Echo featured me, doing what I love to do best: making others feel good about themselves through the healing properties of massage.
