Another great cause that I look forward to working with again in the future is the Touch Trust- a charity devoted to working at integrating the disabled and non-disabled communities, offering creative movement programmes to vulnerable groups.
I had a great time at the Wales Millenium Centre last year giving free massages to carers.

Aside from my work as a self-employed complementary massage therapist, I also have spent many joyous hours volunteering my massage skills at Woody's Lodge, a space that gives veterans and their families support. The connections I have made there have been uplifting and inspiring, and I can't wait to get back. Check out their website:

Throwback to a few years ago when the local South Wales Echo featured me, doing what I love to do best: making others feel good about themselves through the healing properties of massage. Looking forward to post-lockdown life when I can welcome customers again! What are you looking forward to doing post-lockdown?
