Here are my top tips to keep you running strong and injury-free:
1. Warm up properly and loosen those muscles with dynamic stretches & light jogging before hitting your stride.
2. Invest in good shoes; your feet are your foundation. Get fitted professionally & replace worn-out shoes regularly.
3. Listen to your body; pain is a signal. Please don’t ignore it. Rest when needed & address any discomfort promptly.
4. Build a balanced routine, including strength training & flexibility exercises to support your running.
5. Treat yourself to regular massages to release tension, prevent muscle imbalances & enhance recovery.
