* I am not a qualified health professional so please seek medical advice. Ok, here we go... For a long time now I have LOVED taking time out on my own to do my makeup. I’d spend hours just sitting at the mirror trying out different techniques and looks on myself (and anyone else who’d let me), to allow my skills to develop. I’ve always found the application of makeup very
soothing and calming, and seen it as a great outlet for some creativity. Being in a very demanding fast paced job, I loved coming home and relaxing and “playing” with my makeup. It wasn’t until I was given the opportunity to run my own health and wellness business that the ‘real’ passion for makeup truly came out. From hosting and running the product demos with my Arbonne business, the true love and passion for the cosmetics side came flooding out, and after having LOADS of clients asking me to perform makeovers and demo the cosmetics side (as well as the skincare ranges), it just sort of clicked for me that i should take my true passion further. I’d never considered becoming a qualifed makeup artist before, but suddenly within this lightbulb moment it was all I could think about. So after a few weeks of searching I began attending courses and after a few months I became qualified, and I haven’t looked back since! I regularly upload content onto this page, in the form of makeup looks, tips, hacks, advice and photos of clients (where approved), so there is always something new for you to look at. I also love hearing from you guys so please don’t be shy and stay in touch with me. I have recently partnered with some "big name brands" as an advertising agent, so keep your eyes peeled for codes, links and discounts from them :)
I love that I am able to progress each of these opportunities alongside each other and have found a true unmovable work ethic that I didnt know I had before. It is undoubtably a lot of work, but i wouldn’t have it any other way now. I’m so happy that I found Arbonne as it has opened so many doors for me, plus it means that I can use the BEST products when applying my clients makeup AND give them the chance to purchase what they love.
