High Street Products… Are You Researching Before You Buy? 🤔

A recent client came in for her usual highlights and mentioned a new shampoo and spray she’d bought to help keep it light. It actually helped keeping her hair from looking greasy.

While working, I noticed her roots looked slightly lighter and warmer than usual… so we looked into the product together.

It turned out the range she was using was designed to gradually lighten hair using peroxide—especially when heat is applied. Something she hadn’t realised when purchasing it.
