So, it's the 1st September and the end of the Summer holiday which means getting back into routine! As much as I've loved my Summer, I know I'm ready to give myself a kickstart back into a healthier lifestyle and give myself a rest from the cocktails, eating out and the main 'activity' of merely lounging in the sun!

I've already had my first order for a Clean 9 this morning and due to falling ill, I didn't manage to do one pre-holiday so I'll be jumping on the bandwagon too and getting myself back on track to start the new academic year.
