✨ A Reminder About Your Semi-Permanent Makeup Top-Up ✨

Your top-up appointment is an essential part of your semi-permanent makeup treatment—it isn't an optional extra.

Following your initial appointment, your skin heals and naturally retains pigment differently. Your top-up allows me to perfect the shape, reinforce the colour, and make any final adjustments to ensure the best possible healed results.

📅 Your top-up must be booked and attended within 6–8 weeks of your initial appointment.

Please be aware:
• Your top-up is included in the price of your initial treatment only when it is completed within the 6–8 week timeframe.
• If you choose not to book your top-up, cancel your appointment, or rearrange it beyond the 6–8 week period, your complimentary top-up will no longer be valid.
• Any appointments outside of this timeframe will be charged at the current top-up price unless otherwise discussed.

This policy is in place because the healing process and pigment retention change over time. Treating brows or lips beyond the recommended healing period requires more time and work than a standard top-up.

One of the biggest misconceptions about brow tattooing is that you'll leave your first appointment with your final result. The truth is... it doesn't work that way.

Your brows go through a healing journey, and every person's skin heals differently. There are so many factors that affect your healed results, including:

🤎 Your lifestyle (gym, swimming, sun exposure, and skincare)
🤎 Your aftercare and how closely it's followed
🤎 Medications and certain health conditions
🤎 Previous brow work or scar tissue

This is why your perfect brows are built over time, not in a single session.

Your touch-up appointment is an essential part of the process. It allows me to see how your skin has healed, reinforce colour where needed, adjust the shape if necessary, and create the best long-term result for your skin.

Patience is key. Trust the process, trust the healing, and trust your artist.

If you're expecting instant perfection or aren't prepared to go through the healing stages and attend your perfecting appointment, then semi-permanent brows may not be the right treatment for you—and that's absolutely okay.
