To keep your skin healthy and achieve the best waxing results, please avoid sunbathing, tanning beds, and prolonged sun exposure for at least 24–48 hours BEFORE AND AFTER your waxing appointment.

Sun-exposed skin can be more sensitive and prone to irritation, while freshly waxed skin is more vulnerable to redness, discomfort, and sun damage.

If you do need to be outdoors after your appointment, be sure to wear protective clothing and apply a gentle, broad-spectrum sunscreen to the treated area once your skin has settled.

I would just like to thank you all for your continued support. It's extremely hard for small businesses to keep up in this world so it really means the world to me and I love my job.

I would like to inform you of a small price increase which will come into effect from the 6th April. This is due to inflation and the increased cost of materials. However, I am committed to offering you the quality you expect and deserve at every appointment and appreciate your loyalty, therefore kept this increase to a minimum.

Exquisite Beauty's Booking Policy

• Acceptance of Policies: By making an appointment at Exquisite Beauty the client accepts the following policies.

• Cancellation Policy: Exquisite Beauty wants to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. I understand that sometimes circumstances arise and that you may need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge.

Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointments made mean that I’ve reserved space and bought stock specifically for you.

Exquisite Beauty requires a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to cancel or change an appointment. After this time, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. This includes altering treatments; e.g booking a full leg wax and changing it to half leg wax.

If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.

• Appointment Refusal Policy: Exquisite Beauty has the right to refuse service because of any concerns such as lice, skin infections, open wounds, etc. This is also extended to cover covid 19 countermeasures such as refusing service to anyone with a continuous cough or fever.

• Late Arrival Policy: Exquisite Beauty usually allows a 10 minute “grace period” for late arrivals, however this sometimes isn't the case during busy periods such as Christmas. If the client arrives after 10 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no-show or the treatment will be cut short as not to make other clients wait. Please call in advance if you are going to be late.

• No-show Policy: Exquisite Beauty will issue appointment reminder cards when booking in person. Please ensure you make a note of your appointment when booking to ensure you remember. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

• Booking Fee: Exquisite Beauty is now asking for 50% of the appointment fee from each client at the time of booking. This helps ensure that nobody forgets about their appointment or cancels it unless absolutely necessary. The client has two options available;

• When you make an appointment you will need to pay 50% of the treatment fee to secure the booking. On the day of your appointment you will only need to pay the remaining 50% of the treatment booked.

• The other option is a rolling deposit. If you book regular appointments then this option might suit you better. On your next appointment you would pay for the treatments recieved plus 50% of your next appointment. This will be secured and then on your next appointment you would pay for the treatments recieved. The 50% deposit paid will sit securely on your file to cover future bookings. You can request the deposit back at anytime.

If you cancel your appointment giving less than 24 hours notice or are a "no show" then you will lose your deposit.
