After a fab morning in group with my members smashing their weightloss goals, I headed over to the DOSE fest today in Broomfield with the family.
Took myself out of my comfort zone and tried a bit of salsa dancing in the middle of a field 🥰 it was great fun and I loved it.
Also connected with some lovely individuals while going round the stalls.
Will definitely be going along next year. ❤️
As I near my 4‑year anniversary as a Slimming World consultant, I’ve been looking back at all the incredible memories I’ve made and the fabulous people who’ve walked through the doors of my group. Supporting each of you has genuinely been an honour.
I’m forever grateful that over 8 years ago, I walked into a Slimming World group for the very first time as a nervous member. I had no idea how much it would change my life - in confidence, in purpose, and in the joy I get from helping others find their spark too.
It’s been a blast, and my heart is full.
Thank you for every smile, every milestone, every restart, and every moment we’ve shared.

My Slimming World group runs every Saturday at 8.30am and 10am in Chelmsford at the Springfield Park Baptist Church- come and join us, meet the loveliest bunch of people, and take that first step towards feeling amazing.
