Indian Head Massage
35 mins Massage focusing on the upper body but mainly the scalp to relieve pressure.

Hopi Ear Candle
A ear candle is placed in the ear canal and gently burns down it acts like a chimney
creating a light vacuum effect to release excessive ear wax. Used to help for many problems including, Sinusitis, tinnitus, hay
fever, catarrh, headaches, ear pressure due to flying and vertigo. The treatment ends with a soothing sinus drainage massage.

We take a look at the 8 dimensions of wellness and look at which areas of your life you want to change, improve or celebrate. Using a
variety of techniques such as: CBT, EFT and breath work to help reach equilibrium and optimum health and happiness.
