Not every patient is suitable for tear trough filler immediately, and that’s where medical assessment matters. 👩‍⚕️✨

This patient initially presented with poor under-eye skin quality, meaning tear trough filler alone would not have delivered a safe or optimal result. Instead of rushing treatment, we followed a staged regenerative approach using premium polynucleotides from to improve tissue quality, hydration and skin integrity first.

Once the skin quality had improved, we proceeded with carefully placed tear trough filler using Redensity 2, to restore support, reduce shadowing and rejuvenate the under-eye area naturally.
