💄 Returns & Refunds

All makeup, skincare, perfumes, and bags are final sale due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if an item is faulty or not as described, in line with UK consumer law. Not everything is boxed therefore please check the description carefully before purchasing.

👜 Faulty / Imperfect Items

Some bags may be sold as faulty or with known imperfections.

Any defects will be clearly shown and explained before purchase. Those will already know, I do stock coach bags where they could possibly be defected.

Items sold as faulty or imperfect are non-refundable, as the condition has been disclosed and agreed to prior to sale.

🛍 Holding Items

Items can be held with full payment or a non-refundable deposit.

Unpaid items will be held for 24 hours only, then released back into shelves. I will not be chasing any payments up. I have immense pressure to for fill customer orders therefore next in line will get the opportunity to purchase.

📦 Shipping Notice

I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by Royal Mail once a parcel has been dispatched.

Any claims will be handled in line with Royal Mail’s investigation process.

⏳ Collection & Shipping

Orders must be collected or shipped within the agreed timeframe. Orders not completed may be cancelled. I do normally send out next day and you will receive a tracking number to track this yourself.

Once payment is made, the sale is final.
