Become a Life Minimalist - anyone that knows me knows I am def not a practicing life minimalist! I am always busy & always doing something but recently my body was saying "no more" to me! I reached burn out!
I love this article because it is simple & makes sense - I love the idea of having unproductive time each day to do something fun that is not related to my work or enhancing my career (playing snakes & ladders with my kids or looking through some old photos).
