Yesterday I had my first meeting for my accounts since I started up alone. I'm so proud of how well I've done and that I followed my heart, but I thought you may have wondered why I'm a lot quieter this year to last.
I work two jobs, have a husband that on average works 8am-8pm and two children in school with extra curricular clubs 6 days a week. Life is one big juggle (As I'm sure most can agree)🥴
Last December was my busiest period in all parts of my life. School, clubs, both jobs, social events etc. My body had enough. I passed out in a car park alone with two children under 5. To wake up face down in a puddle with my 4 year old screaming 'don't die mummy'. This was my wake up call 😢
So I decided 2023 I won't advertise, and take on less work this year to be able to juggle and not break.
So far with Hair I've taken just over half the amount of bookings to last year. However the year is not over yet and the bookings have come in from recommendations or my page. I'm so chuffed with this. Thank you to everyone who has recommended me, booked me for their special event and just been outright lovely.
I really do love doing hair and meeting some amazing ladies. But wanted to let you know I'm here,but just juggling through the daily activities of life with you 💓
