Due to unfortunate circumstances the workshop will be postponed, new date coming ASAP.

Here is a little more information about the Breastfeeding workshop that I am providing. I had training with Lucy Ruddle who is a brilliant lactation consultant. The workshop is written by her.
We will discuss everything from facts and stats, breastfeeding positions, safe sleeping, what to expect in those first few weeks, partners role. Have some fun demonstrations and plenty of refreshments. Plus lots more in those three hours.

Exciting new classes coming to the Chepstow area. Lunar Babies offer a Baby massage class for parents and carers and a Preparing to Breastfeed workshop for couples and singles.
Both will be offered in groups and are offered as one to one sessions.
