I thought it was time I did a little post as my clinics are getting very busy with new bookings, and with us moving to our huge new salon soon I need you all to recognise me!

I’m Jasmin and I am the one of the aesthetic practitioners located at the gorgeous Eye Candy in chesterfield ✨.

I’m an NMC registered paediatric nurse and I work in a clinical setting full time which I absolutely love and will continue to do! However, I’ve always had a keen interest in all things aesthetic and beauty related, so I took the plunge last year and trained with the amazing Derma Medical to gain my advanced anti- wrinkle and dermal filler qualification. Since then I have undertaken a plethora of training packages in exciting new treatments meaning I’m fully qualified in a range of different procedures, and there are always lots more in the pipeline to come ✨

When I’m not at work you’ll see me racing around after my two little boys, caring for millions of animals and generally just causing chaos wherever I go! I’m always ready for a gossip or a chat so I absolutely love the consultation process with my clients.

💉💉💉What is Nasolabial filler? 💉💉💉

The nasolabial folds are the lines either side of your nose to your mouth. They are prominent when we smile, and this natural regular movement encourages a line to appear over time. The line becomes more prominent with age due to the reduction of collagen and elasticity.

A lot of my clients that haven’t had anti wrinkle injections before, are so worried about being made to look frozen and expressionless.

This is where baby tox comes in! Essentially just using smaller amounts to gently and subtly minimise those lines whilst maintaining light movement at the same time 🤍💉

✨✨How much filler do I need?✨✨

0.5ml of filler or 3ml of filler? How much will you need? Well, the quantity used depends on a few different factors. Such as,

💉How deep your wrinkles are.
💉how much volume your face has lost.
💉your individual face shape and features.
💉The type of filler treatment you want - For example, cheek filler, lip filler, marionette, nasolabial.

It's worth bearing in mind too that different fillers are used for different facial treatments, this is due to their chemical makeup, longevity and varying degrees of softness. Softer fillers are used in the lips, for example, while sturdier fillers might be desired to enhance cheekbones 🧡💛🧡
