This lovely former colleague and treasured friend of mine has been threatening to challenge me with a French manicure for quite some time! 😄

Knowing I'd probably hide behind the settee and not answer my phone if I knew in advance, she kept very quiet... but tonight was the night! 🤍

So, here it is—my first proper French manicure. Practice really does make perfect, and I'm so pleased with how they turned out.

A huge thank you to my friend for being such an amazing person to practise on. She was kind, patient, and trusted me every step of the way. I think we absolutely nailed it! 💅

The only downside? I'm sadly getting to the end of the bottle, and this shade has been discontinued. 😢 Don't worry though – I have some very similar colours ready to keep those summer toes looking fabulous!

She treated herself to a little pamper session with a pedicure, manicure and gorgeous gel toes in Cappuccino – such a beautiful shade that really complemented her skin tone. 🤎

As always, the appointment flew by while we chatted about barbecues, football and generally put the world to rights! 😄

✨ So lovely to catch up with a friend today that I haven't seen in ages! 🥰

We've shared some amazing memories including climbing mountains and taking on several long-distance walks together (although it's been a while since I've done one of those! 😂).

Today it was my pleasure to give her beautiful feet a little pamper and finish her toes in the gorgeous Glitterbels Champagne Sparkle ✨—all ready for her cruise in just a couple of days.
