We always recommend when wearing extensions that you have a maintenance appointment every 8-10 weeks. This keeps them in a safe and comfortable position, also gives you a longer lifespan on the overall wear time 💁🏼‍♀️

Both of these clients have a refit every 8 weeks and their hair & scalp is still in fantastic condition 👌🏽

A little update from us at Halo ✨

As many of you may have noticed, a new barbershop is opening next door under the name “Lalo”. We’d just like to make it clear that HALO Hair & Beauty is in NO way associated, connected or partnered with this business.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, this has led to some confusion surrounding our brand and identity. Because of this, we’ll be taking steps over the coming months to rebrand and bring back a stronger identity that truly reflects us, our team and the salon you’ve all supported over the years 🤍

Our passion, our standards and the atmosphere you know and love at Halo remain exactly the same and we’re so grateful for the continued support from all of our amazing clients while we navigate this new chapter.

First time visit 😬

Your first time in any new salon setting can be a little scary, meeting new people, describing what you want, and someone who you haven’t seen before working on your hair 🫣

Ria had this exact feeling today, But when she sat in that chair she knew she was in the best hands 👏🏽 She has been having traditional highlights from being previously brunette and it got to the point where it felt flat and brassy most of the time. For her first visit today we discussed lower maintenance and more blended, dimensional looks which she loved the idea of. She gave me the dreaded chat gpt inspo to go from 😱😂 Then we got to work 🪄 She trusted the process and we talked through each stage and her result was flawless 😍 she couldn’t believe it was her hair. 💁🏼‍♀️

We haven’t seen Lauren in roughly 18 months for her hair, during this time she has been home colouring all sorts of tones and shades but recently went for black and the regret set in 🫣 Loz decided she wanted something fun again. 👏🏽

Using highlights, lowlights, root shadowing & toning, we create these looks tailored to our clients needs and requested shades/ tones. It truly is an art form and we as your stylists are always excited to show you how amazing you can look and feel from just your hair! 💁🏼‍♀️

Its been mayhem 🤪

Yazzy had a little tone down today to keep her pregnancy hair at its healthiest, we also added a pack of nano extensions to add density to her natural length and fill out her more sparse areas 💁🏼‍♀️

Denise was feeling flat, dry, dull and damaged from repeated bleaching services 😣 after our consultation she left me to get creative and give her something with a warmer tone but keeping her light and fresh 🤩 with a little trim and sleek finish 👌🏽

Libs wanted a mini refresh on her already gorgeous blonde and after adding a few highlights, a root shadow & overall toner refresh we have this stunning, bright and clean pale blonde with a very subtle lived in effect 🤌🏽😍
