It's got me after all this time dodging it I've finally got COVID please if I haven't already contacted you get InTouch if you have an appointment in the next week. I won't be back until I have negative lft results hopefully that will be sooner rather than later but please be warned as I am also on annual leave soon.

Mission deep clean🧽🧼🧹 and spider 🕸 🕷️ ⛔ eviction! Due to me having a op on my back in nov, I did a general tidy and clean round after my last client in early nov then I havnt touched the "shed" since also we had a leak in Jan when we had the snow so Im tackling that today! Just know me and the pooches are having a dance party while deep cleaning the salon! And my back isn't hurting! 😁 Can't wait to see u all over the next few weeks! 💅 💆‍♀️😊

Yay! From the week commencing the 12th April we can open again! I will be in contact with everyone over the next few days. If you haven't heard from me by end of day Wed please contact me but if its before then please wait to see if I contact you. I will be working wed 9-8 Thurs 3-8 Fri 9-8 the 1st week back and probably the same from then on although hours may be subject to change. Hope your all well and I can't wait to see you all!

I darnt book anyone in until we get a more concrete date just incase or atleast till it gets nearer. The 12th april was given as a earliest possible date depending on numbers etc so for now know I'm keeping an eye on things.

Don't worry everyone I will be intouch with everyone when we know for sure and I will definitely be opening as soon as I can! I will happily take on any new clients but for the 1st week or 2 old and existing clients will take priority once I can reopen.

As soon as I know more I will post on here or contact you directly.

So I never even got chance to start booking you all in after my op before they lock us back down again! All being well once this lockdown is over (assuming it's going to be atleast 2-4 weeks) I will be operating as normal. Keep safe see you soon! Enjoy the snow if you have it! Happy New year!

A update your you all. I know in theory the salons are opening back up on the 2nd dec but unfortunately I won't beable to open till the new year as I had my operation, that I'd spoke about in my last post, yesterday. It had been booked for the 11th but cancelled 24hrs before and rebooked for the 25th but I didn't say anything incase it got moved again but luckily it didn't. All went well and I should be going home later today but I need to focus on getting better and healing the correct way for the next 6 weeks(if I get the all clear sooner I will obviously let you all know ASAP) I appreciate its christmas season and no one is more devastated than me about missing out on doing your Xmas nails but I hope you can all understand. Heres hoping 2021 is a much better year. Thank you!

UPDATE PLEASE READ:

So lockdown 2.0 happy days! I'm guessing we all know the drill by now but I have some extra news that may or may not end up being relevant in the light of lockdown.

As some my know I struggle with my back have done for 6 years , long story shortish things have gotten worse so self referral to physio, meds, mri, urgent referral leading to urgent assessment with neuro last Fri (from mri-assessment was less than 4 weeks!) where they were going to keep me in for emergency surgery but ended up doing bloods and sending me home on standby for emergency surgery early this week however still havnt heard anything yet 😞.

So I was contacting everyone to rearrange appts to try and get ppl in before I went in hospital then lockdown was announced and tbh took some of the pressure off me feeling guilty for having time off. Atm I have very little info on what I'm really having done(I have a severe pr*****ed disc in both sides l4 l5 so that explains the symptoms being in both legs) and how long it will mean I can't work. I know it's urgent and needs doing and surgery is my only options it will all be explained when I go in it was the oncall surgeon that I saw so he was very busy. I will be taking the full amount of time suggested to heal I do not want to risk hindering/delaying my healing or causing further damage to myself so I do hope you can understand if I am not back in action straight after lockdown eases but tbh I think I may be back up and running before the country is. From today you will be able to download the NHS COVID 19 APP and therefore I will be asking that you use the app to scan the salons unique Track & Trace QR code on arrival. You will start to see these pop up more and more in businesses and although you don't have to use them it will greatly benefit the Track & Trace functionality and therefore hopefully help us all.
