Yesterday, one of my lovely clients, Tanya, surprised me at her appointment with the most beautiful flowers and some delicious cakes to celebrate her 1-year "client anniversary" with me. 🥹💐🧁

It's moments like these that remind me how lucky I am to do a job I genuinely love, meeting such kind, thoughtful people along the way.

☀️ HEATWAVE NOTICE ☀️

With the current hot weather, I just wanted to let all our lovely clients know that your comfort is my priority while you're here at One Nine Three.

💧 We have plenty of cold water and squash available, as well as the usual hot drinks. Please help yourselves and don't be shy about asking for refills – staying hydrated is important in this heat!

🌡️ Due to the high temperatures, I've also made the decision to temporarily remove Massage Rituals from the treatment menu. The treatment room is currently too warm for me to massage your lovely bodies, I don't feel comfortable sending clients back out into the heat covered in oils, and I want to ensure every treatment remains as relaxing and safe as possible.

🥵 Finally, our reception area is lovely and cool when we're in the shade, but mid afternoon the sun beams through and it gets very hot on the sofa. Please ask a member of staff if you would prefer to wait somewhere out of the sun.

I plan to keep the curtains closed and the door open to try and keep some of the sun out.

✨ Little heads up for my lovely clients ✨

My husband is due to start a new job soon, and while we're still waiting to find out exactly what his working schedule will be, there may be a few future appointments that need to be adjusted once everything is confirmed.

If this affects your booking, I'll be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative. Hopefully any changes will be minimal, but I wanted to give everyone a little notice just in case.
