Hey everyone! Just wanted to make a quick post- Over the last few months I've undergone lots of personal changes and personal issues. Its been quite the rollercoaster and I'd be lying if i say the fun kind😆- I've been trying my best to keep business running as usual but its extremely hard at times. Showing up for you lovely lot, requires me to be in a good space energetically, physically, and mentally. 💜Often having to put on a show and push myself when I'm worn out- I have to pull back and slow down over the coming weeks and months to avoid the inevitable burn out.
There will be minimal disruption to your appointments, but I do need your help for this to happen- I welcome your ongoing kindness, patience and support.
Here are some ways you can help support me and make appointments easier on me.

Please turn up on time. Usually 5 mins before your scheduled appointment is perfect, this allows my day to run smoothly and for you to get your full appointment time. The amount of late comers recently has been crazy and it puts me under a great deal of additional pressure.

Please do not bring any additional guests to your appointment unless you've asked me prior and been given the thumbs up! - lots of people have been turning up to appointments recently with additional guests in toe. My policy generally is no additional guests, with some exceptions. For a number of reasons... i work from my private home studio, its important for me, my family and my insurance to know who is accessing my space at all times. In addition to that, I prefer to work 1on1 with my clients because I have to be able to give full concentration to my work, I'm using extremely sharp needles to carry out your hair services. Bringing additional guests, only adds to the risk of distraction and the likelihood of injury to occur to either myself or you!

Thirdly is last minute cancellations- I totally understand life likes to throw things at us constantly and it means we can't always be reliable and stick to commitments. I always try to be as accommodating as I can- because I too, have to cancel at times. Please do take some time to familiarise yourself with my policies. As much as I hate to implement them, they are there to protect my ability to earn a living. 💜

We are all human at the end of the day, and much like everyone else, I'm struggling at the moment.
