So excited to be getting back to face to face classes free of masks 😷 thanks for all of you who have been in touch! More dates and times will be added; you can still attend via zoom if you cannot make the live class, zoom classes will continue twice a week 🙌🏼

Baby massage classes Tuesday at 10am, 11.30 and 1pm. Looking forward to welcoming you all back after over a year of being on zoom, where classes have reached audiences both nationally and internationally! Baby massage classes are starting next Tuesday 5th January on Zoom. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 11am for one hour. I explain all of the massage moves and why we use them, yoga moves and songs, and a small workout for mums and baby’s bodies and brains.

Lovely relaxed classes running twice a week over four weeks, come and pick up the ancient skill of baby massage, yoga and lots more with Elkie from bubsandmama who now has a decade of experience in this subject.

Really excited to get back to live classes in the beautiful church hall at the Methodist Church, Chislehusrt.

Zoom classes are running weekly too for those who cannot come to live classes or massage twice a week.

The classes are fun, empowering, interactive, they help with bonding. Repeatedly working on tuning the fine and gross motor skills, stimulating important connections in the brain from such a young age. Working with the vestibular system and so much more. Baby massage proves that it helps with sleep and elimination, it’s a great time to learn to relax and build on pre-communication skills, confidence and encouraging yourself as a parent and your baby to become more mindful.
