On Sunday 2nd August, the MastectoME Beauty Project is hosting an Afternoon Tea in aid of Breast Cancer Now.

Join us for a relaxed afternoon with delicious food, great company and the chance to win some wonderful raffle prizes, including:

We're delighted to announce that MastectoME Beauty Project will be hosting an Afternoon Tea in support of Breast Cancer Now on Sunday 2nd August.

The afternoon will bring together people affected by breast cancer, alongside family, friends and supporters, for tea, cake and conversation.

As well as raising vital funds for Breast Cancer Now, the event will help raise awareness of the MastectoME Beauty Project and the experiences of women living with and beyond mastectomy.

Everyone is welcome.

A huge thank you to the Anderton Centre for kindly providing the venue and to Denise Lewis Unsworth for already offering support.

Suggested donation is £10, or whatever you can comfortably afford, with all proceeds going to Breast Cancer Now.

MastectoME Afternoon Tea for Breast Cancer Now Help Alison McMath raise money to support Breast Cancer Now

Meet Sally.

Sally joined us for a MastectoME photoshoot yesterday, and she’s someone who really stays with you.

After a double mastectomy and the loss of her daughter to a brain tumour in 2021, her story carries so much. But spending time with her, what really stood out was her warmth, and the way she just quietly owns who she is.

It was an honour to photograph her and to share a small part of her story.

We had a brilliant shoot with Suzi today at the Anderton Centre near Chorley.

She absolutely smashed it, and so did Daisy! The images are going to be powerful and full of strength.
