Cancellation Policy

Over time, I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations or no shows, which is affecting my small business more than you might realise. My cancellation policy is as follows: if you need to cancel an appointment, do so before 24 hours, or you’ll be charged a fee of 100% of the service’s cost.

All new clients will pay a deposit before I can schedule their appointment.

Price Adjustment

Effective from April 1, 2025, I’ll be making a slight adjustment to my prices. As always, my goal is to provide you with the best possible results and maintain the high quality of service and use of products that you deserve. This change is necessary to ensure that I can continue to offer these services at an affordable price.
