FRESHA UPDATE
We have been using fresha now for numerous of years and overall we absolutely love it,just as much as you are clients like the convenience of managing your own appointments.
However, let me give you a little insight of behind the scenes.
On average for me to use fresher the online booking system the deposit system and text messages. My monthly bill is anything from £300-£400 a month.
This is based on them taking the percentage of fees for online bookings and deposits. With all this being said and im really considering changing booking systems I understand this may be alarming for some people as you very much enjoy fresher but as a small salon the fees are becoming unjustifiable when we are the ones working hard to then not even receive all of the funds.
We have worked so hard to get 3500 5*star reviews and won best in class for the past three years but unfortunately this would all disappear from fresher if we were to switch.
I’m not saying we are switching it’s just something I’m really looking into. I’ll keep you all updated on any changes.But what I can promise you is it’s only a booking system. You will still receive the same service and quality within the salon by every single one of the girls.
