What is good skin health?

I don’t think there is such a thing to define exactly when there are so many variables that show up in our skin. Our diet, lifestyle, skincare routine and hormones are just a few things that can change our skin even in the space of a month, our skin can go through so many changes and look so different.

2024 for me is going to be a year of learning and growth as I’m so passionate about learning about my own very hormonal skin and learning what I can do to help others.

At the moment my main focus is protecting my skins barrier as since I hit my early and now mid thirties my skin has changed so much!

We have another 5 weddings to go this month 🙌
