Thank you for all the kind messages of support and apologies again for the cancellations before my surgery .

I received the devastating news after waiting for over 6 hours prepped for surgery that it had been postponed. 🥹

I understand that this can happen , they run out of time, some procedures may take longer than expected and staff have reached the end of their shift.

This news not only impacts me and my family but also my clients.

So much planning was involved preparing for my surgery, asking others to work around me making sacrifices, it meant a loss of earnings and came with significant stress leading up to the day impacting my own health and wellbeing .

To say I got upset was an understatement.

So what now…..

I’ve told them If it can’t be rescheduled in the next week I will have no choice but to wait till spring . I have support at home for 1 week and no work booked for 8 weeks.

I will find out today if surgery will be scheduled within the week .

I will post an update , please keep all fingers crossed xx

Emma’s 12 month hair journey . I hadn’t seen Emma for nearly two years due to the pandemic then tragical and a very long stay in hospital fighting for her life. Her beautiful long hair became matted whilst she was a patient and had to be cut. Emma returned home to start her rehabilitation when we finally met for me to do her hair. After colour and cutting Emma wanted extensions to have long hair again. It would play a huge part in giving her the confidence to go out, especially as she left hospital looking different from when she went in. Emma went from strength to strength smashing all her goals and ditching the wheels. After a year we removed her hair extensions and WOW her hair had grown . Proving that when correctly installed hair extension don’t damage the hair. Although Emma’s own hair had grown, she did the love length and thickness the extensions gave so a new set of hair was installed . Michelle has looked after my hairstyles and colours for many many years and I've always been extremely happy with the results.
