From 1st September, Ritual & Rest will be expanding into Ritual & Rest Therapy Collective.

A beautiful home for like-minded therapists, creating a space where healing, wellbeing and genuine connection come together under one roof.

Looking back, this is what years of hard work, trust, dedication and believing in a dream can grow into. More than anything, it's what happens when you surround yourself with people whose values truly align with your own.

I'm so excited to continue welcoming Mandi Colvin of Mystic Holistic, who has been bringing her beautiful magic and healing to Ritual &Rest over the past year.

Welcome Bella from IB Sports Therapy, offering sports therapy, remedial massage and myofascial cupping to help people move, recover and feel their best.

I also have a very exciting coffee date in the next few weeks with an acupuncturist... something I've been quietly manifesting for a long time, so watch this space! ✨

I'm also opening up more room rental opportunities, so if you're a therapist or wellbeing professional looking for a beautiful, supportive space to grow your business, I'd love to hear from you.

I can't wait to introduce more wonderful practitioners over the coming weeks and continue creating a community where both therapists and clients feel supported, welcomed and cared for.
