It’s been a hot minute since we’ve shared a beautiful mum on here, and gorgeous Ingrid kindly let me snap a photo to share with you all and I’m so glad she did, because doesn’t she look absolutely stunning? 🫶🏼

Her daughter Poppy was married at on Saturday, and the wedding party all wore white. Such a chic look and a personal favourite of mine I think 🤍

The whole morning was an absolute vibe. The six hours we spent there flew by for Kirsty and I!

If this weekend was anything to go by, it feels like the start of a very busy season for us and we couldn’t be more excited to be working with the most brilliant brides and their wedding parties 🙌🏼🤍

Julia travelled all the way from Los Angeles to celebrate her wedding here in the UK, and from the moment i met her with Tot, we knew her morning was going to be incredibly special.

This carousel begins with Julia’s finished bridal look… but swipe through to see the journey. The quiet moments, the finishing touches, the veil placement, helping fasten her dress, adjusting jewellery they are all the little details that come together to create a gorgeous wedding look 🫶🏼

The black tie styling felt perfectly at home within eHampton Court, and Julia carried it all so effortlessly (and can we also take a moment for Stephanie, the mother of the bride, who was just heaven!) 🕊️

N E V E R would you ever hear us trying to pursuade someone to try something that they’ve not us they do not want…

One of our gorgeous bridesmaids recently told us she didn’t want mascara. No heavy brows. No extra layers. Nothing that didn’t feel like her 🤎

She wears glasses and finds mascara irritates her eyes and honestly? That’s all we needed to know. There are no “rules” in our chairs, we give guidance absolutely but we would never tell someone they should wear something that they are uncomfortable with. Wearing no mascara *might* go against what some people think, but our job is never to persuade someone into something that feels uncomfortable, especially on a wedding morning.

Our focus will always be helping you feel like the most confident, comfortable version of yourself and not a version you don’t recognise in the mirror 🫶🏼

I also feel like I should do a PSA we never ever filter our photos and we haven’t this time although I know you’d be mistaken to think we had because… skin like butter with no heavy foundation used. Just a skin tint and concealer in the right places 😍

A little something different from us today 🫶🏼

Wedding mornings are beautiful but they can also run away with you if a few small things slip through the cracks.

After 15 years of wedding mornings, these are the five little details I see make the biggest difference to keeping everything calm, on time, and beautifully flowing:

* Steam your dress the night before. It sounds simple, but last-minute steaming will mean additional retouches to your hair and makeup. Even without styling to consider, steaming ALWAYS takes longer than you think.

* Delegate your phone to a bridesmaid. You’d be amazed how many interruptions messages, calls and notifications break the rhythm of your morning. It’s also really hard to do hair and makeup when your head/eyes are looking down.

* Have your details ready for your media team. Perfume, jewellery, shoes and invitations… having everything in one place means your photographer/ videographer/ content creator can get those gorgeous flat-lays without delaying your styling.

*Share the schedule. Let your wedding party, coordinator and media team know the plan. When everyone’s aligned, the morning feels effortless.

*Protect your time. Your bridal styling deserves time, space, and calm. I absolutely promise that these tiny steps help keep the whole morning running smoothly 🤎

Definitely one of the bigger bridal parties to date, I think with thirteen bridesmaids, mums and grandmothers too and what an absolute treat it was! There was SO much love, and it was really beautiful to see…
