Posts like these are never easy to write and never directed at a certain client but this is my livelihood and on the day cancellations and no shows are becoming more and more frequent so I've had to make the change to be more in line with similar businesses and have a strict cancellation policy. I do always appreciate when a client reaches out to cancel but the loss of earnings is no longer sustainable.

The alternative is to raise prices across all treatments to account for the losses that these appointments create and I do not feel that is fair or just on clients who aim to turn up and give ample notice of needing to cancel.

I do not wish to take deposits.

So from today onwards the policy will be in effect.
