We hope this finds you well. We are writing this to inform you of an upcoming change to our service pricing. Effective from April 1st 2026 there will be a £2 increase in our prices.

Since we opened our doors, we have strived to maintain fair and competitive pricing while continuing to provide the high-quality service you have come to expect.

We have been considering a price adjustment for some time now but felt it was unfair to do so given the rising living costs over the last couple of years. However, to continue offering the best experience and maintain the quality of our services, we now find this adjustment necessary.

We have limited edition style gift sets available in our shop for £25. Each set comes with two styling products and a detoxing shampoo. The Osmo Grooming Style Collection Gift Set offers the ultimate styling experience, complete with flexible texture, volume, and maximum control.

Appointment Availability:

Conor and Jak are both now fully booked for the Christmas period.
Danny still has some availability, but these spots are filling up quickly, so if you would like to secure an appointment with him, please do so by using the booking link in our bio or get in touch as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy Update:

To ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible during this busy time, we are updating our cancellation policy. Starting Tuesday 10th December , we will require 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. This allows us sufficient time to fill any vacancies.

Additionally, please note that no-show appointments during December will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, as it is crucial for us to manage our schedule effectively during this busy period.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service during this time.
