Exfoliating regularly, at least twice a week, can improve the appearance of your skin by removing dead skin cells to reveal the fresh ones below. Overtime, it helps to stimulate collagen production, keeping the skin rejuvenated & plump.

One of the most Google skincare questions is how to build/layer a skincare routine ⌨️

We recommend that you have two skincare routines, AM/PM, as your skin’s needs differ in the morning vs the night ☀️🌙

AM Routine ☀️ is designed to protect! SPF, & Vitamin C are typical morning products.

PM Routine 🌙 is designed to repair. Retinol should always be used at night and never alongside Vitamin C.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to skincare so your skin will require different types of products. Through a Skin Diagnostics Consultation we can determine all your skin needs and help build your routine and treatment plan 😶‍🌫️

Pigmentation is a skin concern we regularly see within our clinic. We have a range of treatments that are effective in treating this condition & is one of them! 🖊

has come at a perfect time for our heatwave! ☀️ UV Levels this week are ranging between high & very high ⚠️ so ensure that as well as applying SPF you are taking other precautions to protect! Limit time outdoors, spend time in the shade, reapply SPF after 2hrs/swimming & wear protective clothing. 👒

Another wonderful week in our clinic! We had Nurse Emma in yesterday, busy providing her aesthetic treatments including a Hyperhidrosis treatment & lots of lip enhancements💉We also had a few SkinPen treatments which were carried out by clinic owner & Senior Skin Specialist, Emily. 🖊

This Tuesday we have our other clinic Guest Expert, Amy, providing her Advanced Blemish Removals, ranging from skin tags to Seborrheic Keratosis.

SPF is essential!! ☀️ The temperatures this week might not be high but UV is! Moderate 🟡 to high 🟠

If you aren’t a sunscreen user, pop in and see us for Broad Spectrum SPF we have a range available, including tinted & non tinted 🧴

Great post treatment relief for this client who has eczema. Same day results were achieved with our Calming & Soothing facial which helps to rebalance and refresh sensitive skin types prone to redness. 🔴

For some, the sun & humidity can be a trigger for eczema due to an increase in perspiration. Sensitive skins are the result of a breakdown in the skin’s protective system. Redness, itching, flaking or swelling are the most common symptoms.

To avoid irritation in summer, we recommend staying in shaded areas & wearing Broad Spectrum SPF as the sun & sunburn, can exasperate the problem.

Eczema prone skin can become dry so we recommend gentle, hydrating products such as Calm-R & HydraCalm, both available in our clinic!
