HEAT WAVE UPDATE
We hope you are all keeping as cool as you can.
We are lucky to have a fully air conditioned salon and a fridge full of cold drinks.
Please take care in the heat whilst travelling to the salon.

We will be having a price update on 1st May 2026.
In our industry we feel we need to justify our price increases.
Rest assured we won't be putting our prices up 3 times in one month like the petrol station and supermarkets.
But here's a little break down.
As salon professionals our priority is your hair and skin health.
This means we use what we believe is the very best in hair and skincare products to ensure the health and integrity of your hair and skin.
These products currently increase their prices twice a year.
We continuously train and enhance our skills whilst also bringing new skills and services to the salon.
This means our clients can experience the best in innovative treatments and services.
The rise in fuel, utilities etc means our costs have increased both directly and indirectly.
The living wage rises every year and year on year we are naturally more experienced and have more knowledge in our skillset which in all other industries is rewarded with a pay rise.
Over 20 years of experience within the industry.
Whilst we appreciate no one enjoys a price increase, we simply can't absorb it.
We thank each and every one of our clients for their loyalty and continued custom.

• ILLNESS •
Just a reminder that if you are unwell or have been around others with something like chicken pox or shingles please rearrange your appointment.
We understand that clients would like their nails looking fab and their roots covered but that one trip to the salon for you could mean a week of clients who have to be cancelled because staff are unwell.
We don't just do hair and beauty, we have families, children and responsibilities out of work which are harder to do if we are unwell.
Unfortunately 2 days of clients have had to be rearranged this week as a member of the team is poorly.
We won't come to work if we are unwell to protect our clients so please don't come to your appointment if you are unwell to protect our team.
