8 years ago, I made a decision that changed my life.

After 12 years with Chanel, I stepped away from the security of a career I loved and took a leap into the unknown.

Not because I had a perfect business plan. Not because I knew it would succeed.

But because I wanted something priceless...

Time.

Time to be there for my children. Time to do school runs. Time to never miss the moments that mattered most.

The photo at the top was taken in those early days. Harry on my hip, makeup brush in hand, building a dream around family life.
