💤 Sleep 💤

How often do you complain about your quality of sleep? Do you moan about a restless night? Fathom over why it took so long to get to sleep?

If you've been here for awhile you'll know that I struggled with getting to sleep for a long time but a combination of Pillow Mist and Essential Oils Diffusing totally changed my quality of and ability to get to sleep.

The other day I was pondering over why my sleep lately had been so poor....then the penny dropped. I'd been tired, I'd been lazy and not put my diffuser on and I'd run out of Pillow Mist.

Fast forward to me hurriedly getting my diffuser on the go, replacing and spritzing my Pillow Mist and just like that I was back to a perfect nights sleep.
