✨Just introducing myself (again)… wouldn’t you know that I’ve a tonne of work to be at so I am procrastinating as normal.

✨I’m RionĆ”, and I’m passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies. As a sports massage therapist (and trainee counsellor), I’ve seen how life’s stresses, worries, responsibilities or activities can settle into our muscles and nervous systems.

✨I work with a whole range of different ages, and different work roles, and believe that everyone benefits from massage work.

✨My treatment room is a place where you don’t have to be anything other than yourself. Whether you’re carrying physical tension, feeling overwhelmed, or simply in need of some time to recharge, my goal is to help you leave feeling lighter and more like you again.

✨I believe massage shouldn’t be a luxury or an afterthought and should be an integral part of how we honour ourselves (you can’t pour from an empty cup and all that).
Every treatment is tailored to you, delivered with warmth, professionalism (questionable at times) and a genuine desire to help you feel your best.

Hello June 🌿✨

A new month, a softer reminder to come back to yourself. June is a good time to shake off the heaviness, stretch out what’s been held too tightly, and let your body remember it’s allowed to feel good again. Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated… sometimes it’s simply lying down, breathing a bit deeper, and letting someone else do the knot-undoing for a while.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

A gentle reminder that behind every ā€œI’m fineā€, every smile or every ā€œaw I’m grandā€ there can be a story we don’t see.
As a student counsellor currently in placement, I know only too well the quiet weight that people carry every day often without anyone realising.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s so important to have spaces where you feel safe, seen, and able to simply be.

My massage room is more than just a place for physical relief… I try to make it a calm, supportive space where you can relax, breathe, sleep if you want and let go, even if it is just for a little while. Your wellbeing matters, both physically and emotionally.

My messages are always open if you need a chat. And if you’re struggling and need a little extra support, I’m here to gently and discreetly help signpost you in the right direction (one more year till I’m qualified šŸ¤ž)
