Nutri Beauties March in Review, March, you were full of contrasts, this month marked something really special for us, our very first in-person event at Jayde Spa for International Women’s Day, meeting some of you face-to-face, sharing our samples, hearing your honest feedback about the taste and experience of our liquid collagen shots, it meant more than you know, we even got to prepare matcha lattes with our marine collagen powder together, which made it all feel so real and personal.

Behind the scenes, it’s been a month of hard work and focus, especially on logistics, making sure we stay in stock, improving our systems, and building a stronger foundation for what’s coming next, and I’m so happy to say: we’re ready. We also welcomed spring and celebrated Nowruz, a reminder of renewal, resilience, and new beginnings.

But I want to be honest, this month hasn’t been easy, as someone running a business while watching uncertainty unfold back home in Iran, there are moments where staying focused feels incredibly difficult, it’s emotional, distracting, and heavy, and in times like this, one of the biggest lessons I’m learning is not just how to keep going, but how to be gentle with myself while doing so.

If you’re going through a difficult time, especially if you’re reading this from the Middle East or anywhere affected by uncertainty, please know this: it’s okay to slow down, it’s okay if some days you don’t do as much, you’re allowed to take care of yourself first.

Lately, I’ve been trying to support myself by focusing on my health, improving my diet, working out regularly, just to keep my mind grounded and not consumed by the noise, some days it’s survival mode, and that’s okay too.

January was a slower and more intentional start to the year at Nutri Beauties. Due to unexpected logistics issues, we opened pre orders only, which caused some delays, and we truly appreciate your patience and trust 🤍

Behind the scenes, we focused heavily on new product development with extensive ingredient testing and formulation work as we continue creating cleaner and more effective products. A few work trips within the UK kept things moving, while staying consistent with the founder routine through yoga sessions, daily balance, and continuous learning.

This month also meant diving into The Psychology of Money and finally finishing Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, a reminder that progress can be quiet, thoughtful, and deeply foundational.
