This is how I practice self-Reiki 💜
I begin by releasing any energy I've been holding onto, then I imagine a bright healing light flowing through my body. I call on my guides, guardian angels and higher self before moving through each chakra, allowing myself time to receive whatever healing I need in that moment.
Reiki helps me slow down, reconnect and create a little space for myself amongst the busyness of life.
