Did it! Walk run walk run and very slow but not last! Couldn't train before so proud I made it with much help from my wonderful son-in-law Chris! Also didnt have time to train as it was short notice bless him xx

I am starting a program so I will be better prepared, fitter and more able for the next one!

I have decided due to back pain and being so very busy with my foot health practitioner business not to pursue nails anymore.

I will be selling my coloured acrylics and many other items, a nailchemy arc desk light etc. I will still be offering gel toes and toenail reconstruction with foot health. My foot health business if anyone wants to pop me a follow is We Treat Feet Coventry.

I have enjoyed the colourful and creative side of this little venture but I need to find balance and less back pain!
