When you sit in my chair, I’m not just looking at how to make your eyes pop—I’m doing a full diagnostic check on your natural lash health. Your natural lashes tell a story, and as you can see in the graphic, they aren't all created equal!

Here is the breakdown of what your lashes might be trying to tell us:

* ✨ **Growing Anagen & Healthy Catagen:** The holy grail! These are strong, healthy lashes in their prime growth phases, ready to hold extensions beautifully.

* 🛑 **Gaps due to Pulling:** Notice those tiny stubby hairs? That happens when extensions are picked or pulled off, ripping the natural lash out before it's ready.

* 💔 **Broken, Snapped, or Thin & Weak:** This is usually a sign of stress from overly heavy extensions, poor DIY cluster removal, or skipping your lash serums.

* 🔥 **Singed (Heat):** Open the oven door too fast? Get a little too close to a lighter or campfire? Heat will instantly crimp and fry the tips of your lashes!
**The Good News?** No matter what state your natural lashes are in, we can fix it. Every single set I do is customised to your current lash strength so we *never* cause damage.

It is completely normal! As you can see in your eyelashes go through a natural growth cycle. We naturally lose anywhere from 2 to 5 lashes a day per eye as new ones grow in.

Here is what is happening under the hood over a 6-week cycle:

* **0–2 Weeks:** The lash is firmly rooted and growing.

* **2–3 Weeks:** The hair follicle transitions and prepares to shed the mature lash.

* **3–6 Weeks:** The old lash naturally sheds as a brand-new, baby lash begins to sprout in its place!
Because your lashes are all at different stages of this cycle at any given time, regular fills every 2–3 weeks are the secret to keeping your lash line looking full, fresh, and flawless. 💖
