Hey Everyone ! 🖤

I really didn’t want to make this post but after the last few days I feel like it’s necessary.💔

I will be taking deposits for ALL appointments from today.❗️

I have been let down 4 times this week & each person who had booked in were required to pay a deposit. I sent my bank details & waited for their deposit in order to secure their appointment with me.
2 of these ladies genuinely forgot and have rebooked for next week, one of them promised that they would pay the FULL amount for the treatment Saturday morning however they have now cancelled and blocked me…the last one said they were “sending it” however blocked me straight away.😪

I’m such an easy going person & really hate even asking for deposits but my equipment, resources & products are expensive. I charge the deposit to help towards the cost of the supplies however most of it is still coming out my own pocket as I’m still training and building clientele.

Please please please if you cannot make your appointment, you need to rearrange or genuinely forgot to send the deposit just message me !! I promise it is absolutely fine & we all forget things sometimes…I’d much rather honesty than to be blocked. I’m so gutted 😞 It really knocks your confidence when starting a new business…

Deposit is 50% of your treatment cost .
24 hours notice is required if you’re needing to cancel or rearrange. Anything after the 24hour mark you will required to pay for the FULL treatment.

Please respect us new business owners. It’s really hard out here & as some of you may know I’m waiting to fully qualify in my pathway course before I advertise and post a lot . Therefore, I’m paying for your treatments out of my own pocket and barely breaking even right now as I’m still busy training for my other procedures and with my children. I cannot commit the time for a full clientele right now until I can balance a proper schedule for childcare/training days.
