We have been interviewing this week for an additional stylist to service the growing number of celebrity clients. A top Stylist from a well known London Salon applies and at the interview I ask about her starting salary. "£50k per year" she says "Depending on the benefits package". If I was to offer you three months annual leave per year, a company car and 20% contribution to your pension plan would that be of interest ? "Wow your joking" she says. Yes I know I replied but you started it !!
