Hey everyone! I have some exciting news! I’m going to be running a ‘Creating and Maintaining Dreadlocks’ training course on 27th November. 💇‍♀️

It’s a one day course which will include -

- A starter kit to take away (includes training head, hooks, sectioning comb and back comb)✂️

We will cover -
- Theory - tools you require, types of hair for extensions and what you need to know before you pick up your hook.
- A demonstration by me
- Sectioning (how to create sections of the right size and in the right place)
- How to back comb and crochet (you will each get one on one tuition with me and there will be time for you to practice with me there to help you)
- How to make extensions
- How to install an extension on your dreadlock
- Maintenance (everything you need to know)
- Removal of dreadlocks

My course is running from 10am until 4.30pm which includes a 30 minute lunch break. My lovely friend Deb is hosting so that I can fit more people in however places are very limited so get in quick!

The course is £150 per person to include your kit and lunch. £50 non refundable deposit required to book your place.

If anyone wants to follow up with more intense training I will be offering follow up one on one sessions available to book once you have completed my initial training course.

The one day course is designed to give you all of the basics that you will need to know so that you can -

Make yourself a set of extensions and install them, carry out your own maintenance, have a good understanding of how to create dreadlocks and give you a practical experience of this.

This course does not cover how to make temporary non permanent dreadlocks or how to install those but anyone interested in that area give me a message as I may also be running courses in that area. 💓

Hey everyone!

So all being well I should re open post April 12th. I move onto flexi shifts at work on April 1st. I am waiting to for my shift pattern for April 1st to go up and then I’m going to start messaging people 😁. Once my flexi shifts start I will be offering dreadlock appointments either on a morning 9-12 or evening 4.30 onwards as I will be on a mix of 1 week lates and 1 week early shift with my other job. I should have a Monday as my set day off so I will be offering ‘all day’ slots then as well as morning and afternoon appointments. I will be contacting people in the next few days to start confirming appointments. I’ve really missed you all. Hope everyone in well, take care # # #

Hi Everyone.

So with the announcement we are now in lockdown I have to close down temporarily. Whilst I am very sad about this I also understand this is necessary in order to get the current situation under control.

I will be going through my diary this morning and contacting everyone who’s booked in and offering re scheduled appointments.

Hi everyone, just to confirm it’s business as usual here during Coronavirus (unless the powers that be say otherwise). My little cabin is home based anyway so I’ll be working as normal. If at any point I do become ill or have to quarantine I will re arrange any appointments. If anyone booked in becomes ill please message me and I will re arrange your appointment for when you are better or out of quarantine. If anything at all changes I will get in touch with anyone this will effect but as it stands at the moment there is no disruption to normal service 😊. ❤️❤️❤️
