Flo and Thrive
Empowering women to unleash their full potential through the power of Cyclical Living.

For so long, I never gave myself permission.
Permission to rest. Permission to say no. Permission to choose ease over effort.
I thought I had to do it all, hold it all, and keep pushing no matter what.
And honestly? It left me exhausted and disconnected from myself.
Everything shifted when I started learning about my body, my cycle, my natural ebbs and flows.
I realised that I didn’t have to fight against myself, I could flow with myself.
And in that, I found something I’d been missing for years: permission.
Permission to soften.
Permission to rest.
Permission to make life lighter.
✨ So here’s your reminder too, you don’t need anyone’s approval to take care of yourself… but if you’ve been waiting for it, here’s mine.
If you’d like to begin to understand how your menstrual cycle can be such an amazing tool to support you in looking after (and prioritising you) my free Menstrual cycle Beginners Bundle is for you! Drop a 💜 below and I’ll send you the link

For years, my cycle felt like my arch enemy.
PMDD meant every month felt unpredictable, exhausting, and heavy.
I heavily brought in to the hypes and the trends, buying
the supplement, the subscription, the pill, all promising promising balance.
What actually changed things wasn’t fixing my hormones
or trying harder to ‘stay regulated’
It was learning how to listen to my body.
To change pace.
To stop fighting my cycle like it was something to conquer.
No one can regulate your nervous system for you.
No one can eliminate your stress for you.
You know who can?
You.
When I stopped treating my cycle like the enemy,
it suddenly stopped feeling like one.
Babes, please remember nothing about you needs fixing, you just needed a different way of understanding yourself.

Put your hands up if you’ve bought into the hype
Paid the subscription.
Took the pill.
Booked the session.
Trust me, I’ve been there. I did it all.
I was searching for answers outside of me, convinced someone else had the key to my healing. That if I just found the right thing, I’d finally feel better.
And don’t get me wrong, some of it helped.
It lifted the fog.
It made life feel manageable again for a little bit.
But here’s the uncomfortable truth no one wants to sell you:
Nobody can regulate your nervous system for you.
Nobody can eliminate your stress.
Nobody can make life feel safe in your body.
You know who can?
You.
What actually changed everything for me wasn’t the shiny stuff.
It was the bloody hard, unglamorous work.
Sitting in silence.
Crying.
Screaming.
Pacing the floor.
Writing it out.
Singing it out.
Dancing it out.
That’s where real transformation happens.
Here are a few simple (but not always easy) nervous system regulation practices that genuinely helped me and my menstrual cycle:
✨ Journaling – not ‘Dear diary’ journaling. Raw, honest, messy brain dumps. Say the thing you don’t want to admit.
✨ Rhythmic movement – walking, swaying, dancing around your kitchen like a feral woman. Repetition tells your body it’s safe.
✨ Sound – humming, singing, sighing, even shouting in the car. Your vagus nerve loves it.
✨ Orienting – look around the room and name what you can see. Bring your body into now, not the spiral.
✨ Stillness (when you’re ready) – sitting with yourself without fixing, numbing or distracting. This is where the magic and the discomfort live.
Regulation isn’t aesthetic.
It’s not fast.
It’s not sexy.
But it’s real.
And it’s yours.
The future isn’t louder, faster or harder.
The future is regulated. 💛
What started as a few days off turned into a longer pause than I expected, not because I stopped caring, but because my nervous system very clearly said nope bitch, not right now.
Being a single mum means the magic, the energy, the excitement (especially around Christmas) all falls to me. I wanted that to feel good. And I also needed space afterwards to recover, to land back in my body instead of pushing straight back into doing.
Stepping away pulled me back into real life.
Actual conversations. Movement. Routine. Presence.
Less phone. More body. More real life happening around me.
This platform has supported my business deeply over the past few years, through PMDD symptoms, my mental health taking a huge hit, and a few genuinely sh*tty experiences.
As the weeks passed, I started questioning things more honestly than ever before.
Why I’m here.
Why I post.
What still feels true for me… and what doesn’t.
Over the years, I’ve had so many messages explaining that something I’ve shared helped you through a sh*tty time, or gave you the courage to make a change, or simply reminded you that you’re not the only one figuring life out.
Sharing here isn’t always easy for me, but I’ve been reminded of the power of it. That none of us are meant to do this alone. That life isn’t about being strong, polished, or put-together all the time.
If what I share helps even one person feel seen, understood, or a little less isolated, then it still matters.
I’m easing back in now.
More grounded.
Clearer boundaries.
And more of me at the front of this work.
If you’re here to understand your menstrual cycle more, reflect more deeply, and navigate life in a way that supports your body and nervous system, I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m back ✨💛

No I don’t know about you but your girl is tiredddd, I’ve absolutely loved summer hols so far but I’m very much ready for a holiday. Because hey, If we don’t make space for good-quality rest (the kind that actually refills your cup), we’re no use to anyone right!?
When I discovered there are actually 7 types of rest (which answers why sometimes sleep just isn’t enough) it opened up my eyes so much at how I wasn’t really meeting all of my needs. Have a gander of these☝🏽and see how you feel about choosing one over the next week or so.
Let me know where you’d start and which one you might prioritise soonest because we must remember babes, rest isn’t selfish. It’s what keeps you going and keeps you being the bad ass human you are!
💛 And, obviously, if you’re craving more ways to fill your cup? Then FLO Fest is for you. A night of connection, laughter, and those “oh my god, me too” moments that make you feel lighter and less alone.
🎟 Early Bird tickets are £24.95 but only until tomorrow! If you’d like the link to purchase comment FLO and I’ll drop you the link or head to my bio where you can find it there!

The last one…now that’s a vibe 🫶🏾
I wanted to understand myself properly… my moods, my triggers, the patterns I’d been ignoring for so long. I started learning about my hormones, my cycle, and how stress and lifestyle were making everything so much worse. But honestly? The biggest shift didn’t come from all the reading or the tracking apps…It came from hearing stories from other women who’d been there. Listening to their experiences gave me hope. It made me feel less alone. It gave me permission to meet myself with a bit more compassion instead of constant frustration. And slowly, things started to change: 💛 I stopped feeling like my hormones were running the show 💛 I let myself rest without guilt 💛 I finally allowed my village to hold me up instead of trying to carry it all alone. That’s exactly why we created FLO Fest, to give women that same feeling. A night of stories, connection, and those little “oh my god, me too” moments that make you exhale and feel lighter. 🎟 Tickets are live now, and Early Bird tickets are just £24.95 until 10th August. Come and join us for a night that will leave you feeling seen, supported, and a little more like you. 💛

✨ We were never meant to do this alone ✨
For so long, I thought being “strong” meant doing it all myself.
Carrying the invisible load. Making every decision. Pretending I didn’t need help.
But the truth?
The moments that have healed me most weren’t the ones where I powered through alone.
They were the ones where I leaned in, to my people, to laughter, to those ‘oh my god, me too’ conversations that instantly make your shoulders drop.
This is another reason why we wanted to created FLO Fest. A night of real stories, belly laughs, and the kind of connection that actually fills your cup.
A night to leave lighter than when you arrived, reminded that we thrive in community, not isolation.
🗓 Friday 17th October
📍 The Box @ Fargo Village, Coventry
🎟 Tickets go live tomorrow, Monday 4th August!
If your heart is whispering, “I need this”… you’re so, so welcome. 💛

When I was at my lowest and PMDD was kicking my arse, there was no pill, therapy, piece of self-care that helped me more than my village did.
They were the ones that made me realise I needed to be here, that those awful thoughts that told me I was worthless and not good enough were bloody liars. My village picked me up numerous times, supported me, made me realise I deserve to feel better and they’d stop at nothing to make sure I did.
That quiet healing with their support is what saved me and nothing beats that.
We were never meant to do this alone.
The juggling.
The healing.
The figuring it out.
The rebuilding after the crash.
The redefining who you are again (and again).
Somewhere along the line, we were sold the myth of the “strong, independent woman” who needs nothing and no one, and it’s made many of us exhausted, disconnected, and wondering why we can’t pull ourselves together
But the truth is we aren’t supposed to do it all alone.
We need spaces and people that see us, hold us, and remind us who the hell we are, even when we forget.
We need our people.
Our village.
Our circle of women who get it.
And when we have that?
Everything shifts.
Question, do you feel like you have that kind of community around you right now?
Let’s talk in the comments. Tag the women who are your village, or drop a 💫 if you’re still calling them in.

It’s official… FLO Fest is here!
Me and my lovely friend Magda have been dreaming this up for months, and tonight we finally get to share it with you.
FLO Fest is the kind of night we wanted but couldn’t find, an evening that’s part honest conversation, part soul-soothing connection, and part leave feeling lighter than when you walked in…
We created it because we believe that women thrive in connection.
In a world that constantly has us juggling, hustling, and keeping it all together, we wanted to press pause and create a space where you can:
💛 Hear stories that make you nod, laugh, or maybe cry a little
💛 Learn something about yourself without the pressure to fix anything
💛 Feel held in a room full of women who get it
Here’s what you can expect on the night:
✨ Two raw, relatable panel talks – think hormones, PMDD, perimenopause, self-awareness, neurodiversity and the parts of womanhood we’re often told to keep quiet.
✨ Stories as medicine – women sharing their experiences so you can take what you need and leave the rest.
✨ Interactive stalls & gentle experiences – discover brands and offerings that support women to heal, thrive, and just feel good.
✨ Music, connection & joy – we’ll close the night with a live female DJ and that warm, buzzy feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself.
We believe connection is the heart of empowerment, and FLO Fest is our love letter to that belief.
Date: Friday 17th October
Location: Fargo Village, Coventry
Early Bird Tickets go live Monday 4th August and we can’t wait to welcome you!
