Hard to believe we’re actually saying this, but 10 days after reporting to BT our telephone line is still broken, we are still waiting for it to be fixed. If you need an appointment, dm us and we’ll get back to you.

We pay nearly £100 a Month for our BT telephone line and WiFi, and every year it seems to go down 😞 … and we can’t get a BT engineer to fix it until Thursday.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience but if you need to book an appointment, either directly message your stylist, or mention it below in the comments and we’ll ask them to get in touch.

New clients can direct message with your phone number and the service you require, and we’ll get a stylist to call you back.

Dear lovely clients.

We have noticed for those travelling by car to Spon Street, there have been some changes to the layout of the roads, particularly from the railway station.

The council representative says….

A new bus gate went live at greyfriars green (as you turn left towards ikea). At the moment they are not issuing Penalty Charge Notices, but if you have driven through it, you may get a warning letter advising you of the new arrangement.

Following some feedback from other road users over the last couple of days we are currently looking to add some additional temporary signage around this junction whilst people adjust and become accustomed to the new arrangement.

If you are heading from Spon Street to the train station in a car the best route for you will be to head on to the ring road at junction 7, travel anticlockwise for one junction to junction 6 and then head to the station from there. Overall, this remains the quickest route for cars. Cyclists and pedestrians will continue to use Greyfriars Road and/or Queen Victoria Road as the most direct route.
