Hope you are all keeping well! Just wanted to let you know that we are continuing with our new way of life, still with the extra special attention to keeping customers and staff as safe as possible.
Some of you may found it a little more difficult to get through on the salon phone, but some of you may now be directly in touch with your stylists. For those who still want to get in touch, the best time to call the salon is between 3pm and 6pm daily, when either Emma or Mia are on hand to take messages.

Hair appointments’ are changing, temporarily, to keep you, our staff and the wider community safe from the spread of COVID 19. We have undertaken a thorough risk assessment of the salon, and read all of the government guidance. We are currently implementing all of it, and going beyond what’s required to deliver the safest environment we can. We are aware of the extra precautions taken in Leicester, and though we hope that this does not also happen in Coventry, we are mindful that it could happen and we need to therefore ask all of our clients to strictly adhere to all of the health and safety requirements that we are implementing. Here’s what you can expect, this information will be updated and can change depending on the requirements of the government at any time ( your stylist will also communicate any relevant information to you prior to your arrival )
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last fourteen days, or you live in an area affected by a local lockdown : DO NOT ATTEND. Please cancel the appointment and rearrange. If you attend the salon with any symptoms, we reserve the right to terminate the service. Appointments only, sorry no walk ins for now Arrive on time, text your stylist, wait outside, they will come and let you in to the salon Wear a face mask and use the hand sanitizer in reception on arrival Only you, no friends or family should attend or visit you while you are in the salon Bring a drink of water or refreshment with you. Sorry, no food for now. Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you, we won’t be able to store shopping or hang coats Practice good hand hygiene during your appointment, if you cough or sneeze do it into a tissue or into your elbow, hand sanitizer will be available at reception in the salon and at the section you will sit in. Practice social distancing while in the salon, we also are required to remind clients to do so prior to their appointment.

We understand this is going to be a very different experience for now, but we are genuinely looking forward to welcoming you all to the salon and bringing hairdressing back to our community.

Update regarding return to work, here’s what we know:
We are still awaiting official guidelines from government, though we do know that the recommendations have been submitted for consideration. So we should have something to work with in the next week.The preliminary date we have is July 4th, though this is subject to change, and not guaranteed.

The information will be available on our website, and we will provide a link when we have it.

The salon is currently being deep cleaned, repainted, and designed to make social distancing and implementing any changes possible.

With regards to booking appointments, as soon as we have an official date for reopening and we are satisfied that we’re able to implement all requirements, we will begin to reschedule. We want to avoid disappointment and confusion, by taking bookings only to have to push everything back if the return date is delayed. So please be assured that we will do our best to get everyone in, as soon as we can.

We will keep you updated with all of the relevant information and will be happy to try to answer any questions you may have.

To our dear and wonderful clients
Due to the extraordinary situation we find ourselves in, it is with heavy hearts we close the salon with immediate effect.
We’ve done our very best to adapt our practices so we could continue for as long as we could, but now with government instructions we must close.
We want to thank you for supporting us over these difficult weeks. We are immensely proud of our team, and will continue to support each other to get through this devastating time.
