& in time for our heatwave bank holiday

My lovely new client Lexi had brunette hair with 1 previous full head of foils not by myself.

Blonde was the aim….

But she really wanted her hair coloured and new extensions fitted in the same day

So we had a thorough consultation and chose the colours together

This morning I prayed to the hair gods that we didn’t have an unexpected surprise (I did a test strand of course) but we’ve all been there when you check a foil and it’s looking a pretty shade of orange/pink

Baby lights, teasylights, tip-outs, countless bowls of bleach and we’re here

I hadn’t filled Lexi with a promise I might not be able to keep so when I removed the mirror cover she was so happy to see she was a blondie now 🫶🏼

I fitted 5x packs tapes in 18”

Just because your hairdresser will bleach your hair, it doesn’t mean they SHOULD. There are often many factors but unfortunately I see it time and time again. You’re going for a full head of foils every 6 weeks with no care, consideration and definitely no aftercare advice.. that’s a recipe for a disaster.

Charlotte’s natural hair was outgrowing her first set of extensions and we were both so excited to be able to add the length today 🫶🏼
