Evening everyone!

As a few of you know, I've been working towards a new venture. Well today, I started my new venture (which unfortunately I can't disclose on Facebook, and for those of you that know - please don't comment with the "company name") and am SO SAD 😥 but excited to announce that I won't be reopening Twentyone A hair.

I have had the most magical 10 years with you all. I have met some amazing people and can genuinely say I feel I have forged incredible friendships with you all.

I will be getting in touch with you all individually, however, due to my now unbelievably busy schedule, it may take me a while.

I cannot thank you all enough. You have each changed and developed me as a person and I hope I can pass all that wisdom on to someone else.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will miss you.

HERE WE GO AGAIN!

Thank you so much for all the support and effort my clients have afforded me so far at the salon but as I'm sure you know, we're back in lockdown this coming Thursday 5th. I am unsure if the lockdown includes Thursday or begins Midnight Thursday so please bear with me while I find out more.

This coming week, I will be working TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY ALL DAY.

If your colour can last the month, please just book in for a cut so someone else can also have a space. If you do need your colour, then I need to know ASAP so I can make sure I've got enough colour to go around.

I will be calling clients tonight who are already booked in for the next couple of weeks to honor their appointments before lockdown.

SO many clients have come in wanting total change after lockdown..
My client had bleached her own hair at home and added a purple toner shampoo. It took us 5 long hours but we got there!

Hello!!

I'm desperately trying to get back to everyone. There is so much to do, please be patient and if your name gets lost in the list of people to call - please keep trying to call or message me!
Unfortunately, most of July is now gone so please don't be upset if I can only get you in for August.

Afternoon everyone!

I really hope everyone has kept well and safe.

This is going to be a massive post so I'll try to keep it as short and brief as possible.

- APPOINTMENTS -

Appointments are being BOOKED ON the
× 22ND JUNE ×
Ready for OPENING DATE - × 8TH JULY ×

That leaves 2 weeks in between incase anything changes with government advice etc. (Hopefully no more lockdown!)

No home visits will be taken, only salon appointments.

- TWENTYONE A -

× We will be in FULL PPE at all times. This includes, face masks, shields, gloves, aprons and sanitizer. Our temperatures will be taken every morning before opening.

× Appointments will be spread out throughout the day. Unfortunately this means we won't be able to fit in as many clients however it is necessary to allow us to clean in between visits.

× This brings me onto sanitizing. The salon will be fully cleaned and sanitized in between clients.

× As there will be an influx of clients and to ensure everyone is offered a space, we will be asking for a 20% deposit for services over £40.

× All services will have a small added charge to accommodate for the proper use of FULL PPE & EXTRA CLEANING for all clients and staff.

- OUR CLIENTS -

× We will not be offering Dry Cuts & all clients hair will be washed before every service.

× If you have a face mask you would prefer to wear, we ask that you wear it into the salon and throughout your service. However, if you don't own your own mask, we will be providing them upon arrival.

× Hand sanitizer will be provided and we ask clients to use it upon arrival. If you would prefer, we will provide gloves but ask that they are worn throughout your service.

× We will only be seeing PRE-BOOKED clients. No walk in appointments will be provided.

× Clients temperatures will be taken upon arrival. Refusal to do this could result in you losing your appointment slot.

× If you have had symptoms within two weeks of your appointment slot, please let us know in advance and we will rebook you in for a later date.

× Please bring only essential items with you, and come alone. If you are unable to attend alone, please inform the salon prior to your appointment so we can accommodate you.

× There will be no waiting area so please only attend at the time slot given to you. Otherwise, you will be asked to wait outside at a safe distance.

× Unfortunately, we cannot provide magazines, books or beverages so please come with something to entertain you while you enjoy your service (Obviously there will be A LOT to catch up on anyway!).

× At the end of your appointment, we would prefer card or cashless payments. If you are unable to do this, please let us know before your appointment.

× Failure to comply with any of the above points may result in the cancellation of your appointment and stylists can refuse services if they feel it will result in them being unable to keep the rest of the salon safe and clean.

Hi everyone, hope your all well!

As we are all getting to the point of absolute hair nightmare, it's really tough to not reach for the clippers, scissors or box dye. If you can hold on a while longer, you deserve a Knighthood in my eyes!

Really though, don't panic. If you decide to take matters into your own hands, it's fine. Whatever happens, we can fix. Once the salons back open, we will be working non stop (within guidelines) to get everyone in and back to normal.

I do have to let everyone know however, that during these (hopefully) last few weeks of lock down, we can't do private visits to your homes. Thank you all so much for your messages though and it's been wonderful to receive them.

Side note before I go: my phone has crashed and died. Something to do with a Bluetooth problem has killed it. Hoping to get it fixed within the next few weeks and at the moment I'm using my husbands new phone. The salon number will still connect to my personal number though so feel free to contact me on 01580 713610. WhatsApp doesn't work though if you have my mobile number.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to write a quick post. It doesnt look like the salon will be back open any time soon with Boris' plan to end lockdown taking around 6 months to complete. Hopefully it will be sooner.

I am desperate to get back to see everyone!!

I have to be cautious however, with all our clients being in such close proximity. There will set guidelines for the salons reopening to allow our customers and staff to stay safe.

As always, we still have a little way to go and I'm on the end of the phone if anyone needs me.
